Technical Qualifications include:

Call Center Representatives work from a home office using a personal computer as their work station. We do not reimburse for computer expenses or internet connection expenses. The minimum personal computer requirements include:
  • Pentium IV 2000 MHz or greater processor (Mac Based systems WILL NOT work with our system)
  • Windows XP or Windows Vista with 1GB of RAM (minimum)
  • Microsoft Office 2003
  • Java Runtime Environment V 5.0 or 6.0
  • High Speed Internet Connection – Cell Phone Based & Satellite Based Connections will not
  • work- Connection speed MUST be min. 256k kbps both upload and download speeds – latency MUST be LESS than 250ms. You can test your connection speed for free at: http://www.speedtest.net/
  • Personal Computer must have 2 unused USB slots available
  • You must have a USB HeadSet with included microphone. Our system supports Plantronics DSP headsets. These can be purchased at stores like Best Buy for roughly $45.00. After 4 weeks with our organization we will reimburse you for your headset.

The Compensation Plan:

New Call Center Representatives are rewarded with both an hourly rate and productivity bonuses based on performance.

Current Hourly Rate for New Representatives: $6.50 Hourly

Productivity Bonus for delivering each qualified consumer to our customers: $5.00 Per Connection

Our Average Call Center Representative is able to connect 3 consumers per hour. Therefore our average representative earns $21.50 per hour! Top Representatives consistently earn $30-40 per hour!

Hours of Operation:

We are happy to accommodate both part time and full time contractors. Our Rocky Mountain Call Center is open for operation between 7am MST - 7pm MST, Monday - Friday. Our Call Center Representatives can request “seat time” (working hours) in 3 hour increments. “Seat Time Requests” are made 1 week in advance. Most Call Center Representatives work no more than 6 hours per day, some, however, do work up to 9 hours. Again, you can chose your “seat time” in 3 hour increments at your convenience. We always have support admins available to assist and train during your “seat time.”

Training:

Each Call Center Representative must attend 1 (one) 1 hour training session on how to use our virtual call center system. Training is not compensated. Training takes place via a GoToMeeting (www.gotomeeting.com) and you will be trained on using our system by a GreatLeads Call Center Admin. Each new call center representative is then placed into a 15 minute “practice seat time” in which they'll be making live calls with a call center admin on the line to assist them.
